The aim was to create the best food tour in the UK. To curate it, change it with the seasons, work with as many independents as we could. We believed right from the beginning that rather than just business acumen this required intimate knowledge of the food and hospitality industry. Our founder Steph has worked with food and people who love food for 27 years (read more here) and was a student of history plus Chester-born.

This has allowed us to weave together a unique, magical food tour in the UK.
